Fill to Overflow
“You owe yourself the love you so freely give to others.” – Unknown
You can’t pour from an empty cup. Yet so many of us try.
We give, stretch, overextend hoping to serve, to show up, to be enough. I’ve done it more times than I can count. But true giving doesn’t come from depletion. It comes from overflow.
Before you offer your energy to others, offer it to yourself. Fill your own cup daily. Through gratitude, self-recognition, and presence. Remember the wins you’ve had. The battles you’ve already overcome. The quiet resilience you carry.
This isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. Because when your inner world is full—peaceful, whole you don’t just give, you radiate. Without agenda. Without burnout.
Abundance isn’t somewhere out there. It’s within you. Fill from the inside, and watch how generously you begin to pour.
