Sorry for that. Couple questions for you, cause I saw your into running. Do you have a set diet or try to hit certain macros daily? For a non runner what is the best way to start?

thank you man. Yes I do have macros I need to hit daily.

For a non runner it depends what their goals are: so do you want to lose weight, gain muscles, become leaner so it all depends on the goal that you have.

In my fitness coaching there is no ONE goal for everyone, there are different nuances.

But as a starting point I would suggest know your baseline: how many calories do you consume daily; how much protein etc... so you know where you are right now.

I've been going to the gym for about eight months now. I want to gain more muscle, have been consuming about 150 grams of protein a day, and calories are at about 3000 usually, but now are 2300 to 2500 because I'm cutting

I don't have a lot of context but is it working? What kind of programme do you have in the gym?

It's been going pretty good. Just doing the bro split. I would say it's working as I'm more lean but the same weight as when I started, so more muscle and less fat. Was looking into increasing my vo2 max, don't know if you know much about it? Also, will pass on the zoom call but I appreciate the offer
