That's very true Kay. You can't connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking back. But to connect them you need to follow your soul's journey.
thank you very much Valle. I appreciate it. I'm loving your article it's great and it's nice to know that I'm not alone in a world that makes us feel that we are behind.
Oooh, that's so true! It seems like everyone has it all figured out! I’m not really a fan of competitions, but sometimes I can’t help but feel like I’m falling behind when I compare myself to others. If there’s one habit I really need to adopt, it’s this: to stop beating myself up for not being where I think I should be. It’s a tough one to acknowledge every day! I love that you’re into sports! I’ve never really been into them, but I truly admire those who are because it's a sign of resilience, and that's such a significant trait to have! You’re up to some really awesome stuff. Great job! 💫
thank you very much Valle. I appreciate it. Well I think we all have this tendancy of looking and comparing ourselves to 'what we should' have done by now or what we need to do by now etc..
I should have been... as I'm 38.. I should have this and that... etc.
there are no shoulds just what we are right now.
Sports and fitness is great, it inspire you to go beyond and push your own boundaries and become more and more resilient.

Very true! When you look back and take stock, there are usually a few patterns that point you to specific things that light you up.
